FULL-TIME CALL CENTER EDUCATION REPRESENTATIVE

Role requires heavy phone use of 200+
outbound calls per day & 50 Inbound calls per day

The Call Center Customer Service Representative role will involve speaking with prospective students who have requested to be contacted by a representative to discuss furthering their education.

The ability to empathize, effectively acknowledge and overcome student concerns is critical.

Additional attributes that are a plus but are not required:

  • At least 1 year of College
  • 2 years of previous work experience in a Call Center (Education)
